Railwvay Transportation Procedure
| Step | Description |
| 1.Inquiry&Quote | Forwarder will need your shipment details to check schedule and cost based on Commodity, weight, volume, origin and destination train station code. |
| 2.Booking | After quote approved, forwarder will contact supplier to double check cargo ready status and export paperworks, then book to China Railway for a suitable schedule accordingly (Only accept 1x40ft container or min 2x20ft containers to book) |
| 3.Loading | After space booked, forwarder send a container from container yard to shipper factory or warehouse for loading |
| 4.Export Haulage | After container loaded, container sent back to the origin train station CFS |
| 5.Export Customs | Customs clearance in China with the necessary shipping documentation |
| 6.On board | Container load onboard after customs release |
| 7.Shipping | On railway to border and change line to destination countries |
| 8.Discharge | Container will be discharged at destination station and send arrival notice to consignee |
| 9.Import Customs | An import declaration is made at the destination station CFS with Bill of Lading |
| 10.Delivery | After Customs cleared, container will be delivered to consignee designated warehouse or place. |
