| Step | Description |
| 1. Inquiry&Quote | Forwarder provides shipping option and cost based on your shipment details like: Commodity, weight, volume, packing dimension, origin and destination port |
| 2. Booking | After quote approved, forwarder will contact supplier to double check cargo ready status and export paper works, then book to shipping line for a suitable vessel schedule accordingly |
| 3.Collect goods to CFS | After space booked, forwarder send a warehouse entry notice for supplier to send goods into customs warehouse(CFS) accordingly |
| 4.Export Customs | Customs clearance in China with the necessary shipping documentation after goods gate in CFS |
| 5.Export Haulage | After customs released, forwarder will load container in CFS and deliver the container to the origin terminal |
| 6.On board | Container load onboard after customs release |
| 7.Shipping | The sea transport on sea ( Port to Port ) |
| 8.Discharge | Container will be discharged at destination terminal and then unload the goods into destination customs warehouse |
| 9.Import Customs | An import declaration is made at the destination customs warehouse with Bill of Lading. |
| 10.Delivery | After Customs cleared, consignee could just pick up the goods from destination customs warehouse accordingly. |
