Buyer Consolidation Procedure
| Step | Description |
| 1.Inquiry&Quote | Forwarder provides shipping option and cost based on your shipment details like: Commodity, weight, volume, packing dimension, suppliers location, each ready date and destination port |
| 2. Coordinate suppliers | After quote approved, forwarder will contact suppliers one by one to double check their goods ready date and export paper works, then finalize a suitable warehouse to be the collection site for all suppliers. |
| 3.Collect goods to CFS | When almost all suppliers goods are ready to ship, forwarder will send warehouse entry orders with different ref No for all suppliers to send goods into warehouse accordingly |
| 4.Booking | When almost all goods reaching warehouse, forwarder will double confirm the data with both suppliers and customer, to ensure all things are correct, then book to shipping line for a suitable vessel schedule |
| 5.Documentation | Forwarder will collect customs paper works from different suppliers to prepare the customs clearance. If there some supplier doesn’t have, forwarder will need to apply and issue right papers for the goods. And forwarder will combine all suppliers CI&PL in one set file to make the whole container goods be shipped as one export order. |
| 6.Loading | After booking space released, and customs paper works ready, forwarder will arrange the container loading at warehouse side and then return the container back to port yard standby for customs |
| 7.Export customs | After container gate in terminal, forwarder will arrange the export customs clearance with all suppliers’ customs papers |
| 8.Shipping | After customs released on time, the container will be loaded onboard with right vessel to depart from China port |
| 13.Discharge | Container will be discharged at destination terminal and carrier will send arrival notice to consignee to prepare the import customs in advance |
| 14.Import Customs | An import declaration is made at the destination port customs with Bill of Lading, All-in-one CI&PL combined by forwarder, then consignee only need to clear the whole container in one time one order for saving time and cost.. |
| 15.Delivery | After Customs cleared, consignee could just pick up the goods from destination customs warehouse accordingly. |
