Air Freight Procedure
| Step | Description |
| 1.Inquiry&Quote | Forwarder provides shipping option and cost based on your shipment details like: Commodity, weight, volume, packing dimension, origin and destination airport |
| 2. Booking | After quote approved, forwarder will contact supplier to double check cargo ready status and export paperworks, then book to airline for a suitable flight schedule accordingly |
| 3.Collect goods to airport warehouse | After space booked, forwarder send a warehouse entry notice for supplier to send goods into airport warehouse 2days ahead of flight date |
| 4.Export Customs | Customs clearance in China with the necessary shipping documentation after goods gate in airport warehouse |
| 5.Departure | Flight on air to reach destination airport after customs clearance |
| 7.Arrival | Goods will be discharged at destination terminal and inform consignee to prepare the import customs, as airport only offer 24-48hours free storage |
| 8.Import Customs | An import declaration is made at the destination airport with Air Way Bill |
| 9.Delivery | After Customs cleared, consignee could just pick up the goods from destination airport accordingly. |
